“I have worked for BAK since February 2015 when I started with the company as a Sales Advisor. I later became a Guru in September 2015.
The process to becoming a Guru involved a lot of self-learning and a natural passion for tech. I then applied internally and was soon offered the role. I underwent O2 Guru training which has further helped me expand my knowledge on all things tech.
The Guru role is a very varied, there are never two days the same which is what I love about it. As well as the service that I offer in store, I also work in the community educating parents on tech as part of the O2 and NSPCC campaign as well as with local charities and community centres. I have also been given the opportunity to work on several O2 Think Big projects, helping young people achieve their community projects!"

After a successful three months in Eastleigh, a Store Leader position became available in the Shirley branch in December 2015, which after a successful Interview, I was offered the job. In the space of 18 months, I had progressed from Sales Advisor to Store leader, gaining not only valuable development within my Career, but also in Life.
