New year, new Business Centre!
2017 welcomes the opening of a second Business Centre to add to our ever expanding O2 franchise, BAK and Southern Connections. Based at head office in Pudsey, the Business Centre is now fully recruited with a team of eight new telesales and customer services advisors who will form part of a new strategy to support both consumer and business customers going forward.
Our franchise currently operates 18 retail stores throughout the UK and in 2016 we appointed a Business Development Manager, Paul Temple, who will work closely with the new team in 2017 to provide a personal account management service.
Part of this service includes reviewing accounts on a regular basis and letting the customer know when existing connections are ready for renewal. The team will also make regular contact with the customer to ensure they are fully satisfied with the service, discussing any additional lines or products that might benefit them in their day to day work. If a problem is discussed that cannot be resolved over the phone, the customer will then be referred to a O2 Guru in-store who will resolve the issue in a face-to-face appointment at one of our many stores.
